1. All games will be played on college and the top high school softball fields in Hartford, CT communities

2. Digital Media Strategists at fields to promote the teams, players and highlights of each game.

3. College coaches are hired to evaluate the College Showcase Camp, the pool play games and Championship day by Firecracker Sports. These coaches are posted prior to the event along with providing evaluation notes for the All Tournament Teams, MVP's and the player profiles post-event. We have a list of 1,000+ coaches to request their time and attendance at our events.

4. All pool play and playoff games will have a time limit, which is no new inning after 1 hour and 30 minutes(NOT DROP DEAD).

5. Championship Games have no time limit and played in full (weather permitting).

6. Teams will play 4 pool play games (weather permitting). The winner of each pool will advance to the playoffs/championships. Teams are placed in each pool by different states they are from, so everyone gets to play different teams/states than normal events. (For example, 1 RI, 1 MA, 1 CT, 1 NY, 1 NH and 1 other state for a total of 5-6 teams per pool, everyone plays each other).

7. Championship team trophies and banners will be awarded, along with an MVP per division. Finalist trophies are presented as well.

8. All tournament teams (post-event) posted online and digital media.

9. Online scoring with paid independent site supervisor per field.

10. Softballs/Umpires included as part of the entry fee

11. Player Profiles for each player (free and advanced versions)

12. Independent operator for this event with no teams associated so everyone has the same opportunity to play the best!

13. Entry fee: $949.00 per team (multiple team discounts available). Please register on USA Softball's website and we will be in touch shortly to help your team and program.
