Pay at the plate. All games will have 2 umpires. 70$ per umpire and each team pays one.
We will pay the umpires in the finals.
The semi-finals and finals are untimed.
Game times are 80 minutes, finish the inning, and play one more.
Pool play may end in a tie.
International tie-breaker in Bracket play.
