Tournament/Event Notes
Entry fee 600, pay at plate for umpire fees.
This tournament is now an invitational and we can't accept all the teams that are registering.
As opposed to prior years, it will be not be a first come first serve basis for acceptance.
Once accepted we ask all teams to send in either full payment, or at least a deposit for half ($300) of the
tournament fee, within 14 days. If no deposit or payment is received, we will accept the next team from the waiting list.
Once the tournament is full, there will be no refund unless a replacement is found at full price.
Last year we lost a few fees because teams signed up for multiple tournaments on the same weekend, then
decided afterwards which one to play in.
Balance will be due by April 1st, 2024.
