PLEASE NOTE - Team eligibility for this tournament will be determined based on your 2026 Roster.

All umpire fees are included in the tournament fee. This is NOT a pay at the plate tournament.

There will be a Team costume contest on Saturday, with awards for the winners in each division.

Teams will be accepted in the order in which they register. Once Accepted, payment must be received ASAP in order to secure the spot. If payment is not received, the next team on the waiting list will be moved to the spot and given the opportunity to pay.

If the tournament is cancelled, or shortened for any reason, refunds may be reduced due to expenses incurred by the tournament host prior to the tournament. While we will make every attempt to play each tournament, the weather may prevent an event from being completed or in some cases, even starting. In these cases refunds will be as follows,
- No Games played = Full refund less prepaid tournament expenses
- 1 game started= 50% Refund
- 2 games or more games started = no refund
