Entry Fee

The team entry fee is $895.
This is a payment-in-full event — payment secures your team’s spot in the tournament.

Deposit and Payment Policy

A $450 deposit is required within two weeks of acceptance to confirm your entry. A portion of the deposit shall be considered non-refundable, consistent with USA Softball of Massachusetts regulations. The remaining $445 balance is due no later than four weeks before the tournament to maintain your place on the schedule.
Once full payment is received, your team’s spot is officially locked in.

Refund Policy:
A portion of your deposit is non-refundable as outlined above. No refunds will be issued after full payment has been received and your team’s spot has been confirmed.

Scheduling and Weather

The Tournament Host reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to weather or field conditions.
Any scheduling conflicts, including Friday availability, must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the tournament.
Requests received after this deadline, or after the schedule has been released, cannot be guaranteed and may result in forfeiture.

Important: This is not a “pay-at-the-plate” tournament. The Tournament Director will handle all umpire payments directly.
