Entry fee, $25.00 and a separate check of $46.00 (forfeit fee)is to be mailed to: David Ethier,6 Meadow Ct, Smithfield, RI 02917. The forfeit fee check will remain un cashed and returned to you should your team not forfeit any games. Should you forfeit one game, $23.00 will be deducted, the remaining $23.00 will be deducted if there is a second forfeit, and your team will be removed from the remaining schedule. Each team supplies a new game ball, and pays half the umpire's fee, ($23.00). Game balls for this league will be the ASA DIAMOND synthetic softball.
