This tournament is a coach pitch tournament being run in conjunction with Seekonk Girls Softball. It is geared towards recreational league players and teams. The tournament is a 5 game round-robin that will play into Sunday afternoon. A complete set of 8U rules can be found below; they are the same rules that Rhode Island ASA has been using with this division for many years.

All players participating will receive a free t-shirt. We will collect shirt sizes prior to the tournament. There will be no bracket or playoff, but we will post the results from all of the round-robin games. This tournament is geared towards friendly competition and a relaxed atmosphere. We encourage any 8 and under team to sign up, even if the team does not play competitively at all. We will attempt to schedule teams of similar skill level together.

All proceeds from this tournament will be donated to the Jimmy Fund in honor of Tim Shields.

Games will be played at the Cole Street complex in Seekonk, MA where we have a fully stocked concession and bathrooms.
